The Porsolt Forced Swim Test is a classic behavioral test for assessing depression in rats and mice. By observing the struggling behavior of animals in an inescapable environment, the level of depression can be assessed.
We offer a complete system, including Swimming Cylinder, video acquisition equipment, and video analysis software. The system records animal behavior during the experiment, and the behavioral analysis software automatically extracts target parameters, enabling assessment of depression. Three models are available: mouse, rat, and a universal model.
