Introduction
The recording and analysis of bioelectrical signals such as EEG and EMG are necessary means for neuroscience research. Experimental Process

Animal surgery:Before collecting signals, the headmount is fixed on the skull through screw electrodes. EEG signal is conducted by contacting with cortex through screw electrode, and EMG signal is conducted by burying stainless steel lead under trapezius muscle.

Recording of signals:After the operation, apply dental cement to the headmount and electrode for sealing and fixing. Animals are placed in cages for short-term or long-term monitoring.

Professional analysis:According to the needs, import the collected EEG and EMG signal files (EDF format) into professional sleep software, seizure software or Matlab for analysis.
