1. The YAN-505A five-category blood analyzer uses advanced multi-angle laser scattering flow cytometry combined with nucleic acid staining. Compared with the electrical impedance method with high error rate, the laser scattering method is not affected by other cells when detecting white blood cells, and the cell information obtained is richer and the results are more accurate. On this basis, combined with nucleic acid staining technology, it can also accurately obtain reticulocyte parameters.Reticulocytes: Reticulocytes are immature red blood cells whose nuclei have been ejected but which still contain genetic material.Reticulocytes are a special type of red blood cells. Reticulocyte detection is of great significance for hematopoietic function and disease detection.
